Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@lightninglooppickleball.com . Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item to our fulfillment center.

  • All returns will be processed through our fulfillment partner, Flexport. Please note that you will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the product is defective or incorrect. Additionally, a restocking fee of 8% will be applied to all returns, except for defective or incorrect products.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected by Flexport, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that the 8% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us and we will assist you in coordinating the exchange through Flexport.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain types of items are non-returnable, such as custom or personalized products, sale items, and gift cards.
